Cara malt gives this APA a golden hue, sweetness and gentle biscuit flavour.  Strong fruit notes from all-American hops, the variety of which changes between brews.  American hops featured so far: Azacca, Citra, Summit, Simcoe, Pekko, Amarillo & Chinook.
 
Our ales are unfiltered, so still contain a small amount of yeast.  Store upright and this will settle to the bottom of the bottle and can be left behind when pouring.  For best flavour, serve between 10°C and 13°C.  Vegan-friendly.
